Emotional Intelligence is the ability to recognize and manage an individual’s emotions and others’ emotions to achieve business objectives. Unlike IQ, Emotional Intelligence (EI) is a learned skill that improves with practice. Research shows that professional and financial successes are related to high EI. In this course, participants will learn how to engage and lead others with emotional intelligence.

- Each participant will complete the EQi 2.0 assessment and receive an in-depth report at the workshop.
