Mary Jean Vignone, Ph.D., is a leadership coach, consultant, and educator with over 25 years in leadership roles in large and mid-size for-profit and nonprofit organizations. She has many years of experience developing, coaching, and mentoring high potential employees to progress in their careers and add value to their companies.  

Mary Jean supports women in reaching their career and business success and maximizes their potential.  She guides women to navigate career changes, build high-performing teams, find a balance between home and work, gain more confidence, be heard, and enhance leadership skills.

Mary Jean founded her coaching practice, SuccessReach, Ltd,  based on her solid belief that women in business are a wealth of untapped leadership talent. When unleashed, they will propel companies to achieve their visions, missions, and financial success. She is dedicated to helping women to be strong leaders who bring their whole self into the workplace. Using her Authentic Women Leadership model, she instills a sense of purpose and determination in emerging leaders to take on additional responsibilities, advance to influential positions, and lead with a passion for achieving organizational objectives and goals.

Mary Jean holds an MBA from California Lutheran University, Master’s and Ph.D. in Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University. She brings a blend of academic and corporate perspectives to her work. She is currently an adjunct faculty for Fielding Graduate University’s Organizational Development & Leadership Master of Arts program and serves on several nonprofits’ boards of directors.

Mary Jean spends her free time with her family & friends, traveling, hiking, and oil painting.
